SharePoint expert at Fraser Health
In 2024, I was brought on as a Sr. Business Analyst at Fraser Health. I acted as the Hub Lead, which was the main point of contact between the Learning Services Team and the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team.
My responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
self-proclaimed (and taught) SharePoint know-it-all,
resident MHSU Hub expert and instructor,
contributing writer, newsletter-maker, and web page organization wizard.
Mental Health Centre eHandbook
The Mental Health Centre eHandbook was converted from an outdated PDF file to a section on the SharePoint communication site, which was the MHSU Hub.
It is intended for the Most Responsible Clinicians (MRC) to find centralized, up-to-date, clear, accessible service information to help them in their work across the province.
The following images are screenshots of the eHandbook on the SharePoint communication site.

External service library for MHSU
I worked closely with Jeanine Beeby on this project. The goal of this project was to consolidate the large amount of external resources that the MHSU department had in one centralized location.
We decided to use custom CSS and the SharePoint list feature to produce filters and tags that allow services to be searchable.
To reduce searching, we decided to put the external services below the internal services, so that health practitioners could access everything at once.
Skills: extensive SharePoint knowledge, utilization of web design best practices, document and list management, navigating the interface, and managing permissions.
The following images are screenshots of the external services library on the SharePoint communication site.
